i.e. be 13 years old before August 31st 2012
- able to commit to all rehearsals
- active members of
SCOUTING (Southend Estuary, Southend West, Castle Point, Crouch Valley
GUIDING (Southend East, Southend West, Castle Point, Rayleigh)
- The upper age includes members of Guiding Senior Section and Scouting Network, but not above
