Southend Gang Shows It's a Date is a bi-annual variety show performed at the Palace Theatre in February.

Our next show will be It's a Date 2028, tickets will go on sale in late 2027.

Southend Scout and Guide Gang Show returned with It's a Date 2026, another memorable performance! 

The bi-annual variety show returned to the Palace Theatre in February 2026 and the gang put on another bright, exciting, funny and entertaining show. 

IIt’s a Date 2026 gave Scouts and Guides from the Southend, Castle Point and Crouch Valley areas the chance to sing, dance and act in front of a live audience of over 300! There really was something for everyone.

The cast were supported by over 50 adult volunteers who took bookings, sold tickets, arranged props, set the stage, organised the lights and designed show items.
