Online Club Manager - ASU Sign Up Privacy Notice

Southend ASU is asking for your permission to collect a selection of personal information as stated in the fields above in order to sign you up to become a member of Southend ASU.

This information is being collected via this online form on Google Forms and will be stored in a secure database on Online Club Manager (OCM). This information is required in order to ensure you receive all of the official information for any Southend ASU events, information and to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable time whilst being a member of Southend ASU.

This information will be shared with the executive committee and event co-ordinators within Southend ASU. If this is an external event, whereby we are required to share your personal information with the external event organisers you hereby give us permission to do so. All recipients of this data are DBS passed adult volunteers.

You have the right to leave Southend ASU whenever you wish which will result in all of your personal data being deleted from our records. Every six months you will receive a formal reminder about staying signed up to Southend ASU. By signing up to this event you are providing Southend ASU and Southend Gang Show with consent to keep your email address for marketing purposes so that we can send you information about future events and shows with Southend ASU and Southend Gang Show that you might be interested in.
