Online Club Manager - Southend Gang Show and Southend ASU Events Sign Up Privacy Notice

Southend Scout and Guide Gang Show/Southend ASU is asking for your permission to collect a selection of personal information as stated in the fields above in order to sign you up to the event mentioned in this form.

This information is being collected via this online form on Google Form and will be stored in a secure database on Online Club Manager (OCM). This information is required in order to ensure you receive all of the official information for the event and so that we can ensure you have a safe and enjoyable time whilst participating.

This information will be shared with the executive committee and event co-ordinators within Southend Gang Show/Southend ASU. If this is an external event whereby we are required to share your personal information with the external event organisers you hereby give us permission to do so. All recipients of this data are DBS passed adult volunteers.

Your personal data will only be kept for the event duration and will be deleted one month after the event has been completed. By signing up to this event you are providing Southend Gang Show with consent to keep your email address for marketing purposes so that we can send you information about future events and shows with Southend Gang Show that you might be interested in.
