Southend Scout and Guide Gang Show is asking for your permission to collect a selection of personal information as stated in the fields above in order to sign you up to a Southend Scout and Guide Gang Show event (It’s a Date or SHINDIGS).

This information is being collected via this online form on Google Forms and will be stored in a secure database on Online Club Manager (OCM). This information is required in order to ensure you receive all of the official information for the event and so that we can ensure you have a safe and enjoyable time whilst participating.

This information will be shared with Compass registered and DBS passed adult volunteers associated with Southend Gang Show who are responsible for your wellbeing whilst you participate in this event.

Your personal data will only be kept for the event duration and will be deleted one month after the event has been completed. By signing up to this event you are providing Southend Gang Show with consent to keep your email address for marketing purposes so that we can send you information about future events and shows with Southend Gang Show that you might be interested in.
