Southend Scout and Guide Gang Show are delighted to offer a range of unique opportunities for local businesses as well as parents and families of cast and band members. 

Southend Gang Show is a non-for-profit organisation for members of Scouting and Guiding in the Southend and surrounding areas to build skills and confidence on stage and make new friends in a supportive environment. 

In order to put on our It's a Date show we rely heavily on volunteers fundraising and the income from ticket sales. Sponsorship is another way for us to raise the funds to put on a fantastic show and by becoming a sponsor of It's a Date 2024 your becoming a part of a wide community of members and supporters. 

Our sponsorship options include opportunities to promote your brand or business in our printed show program, on the sponsors page of our website (with over 1,000 unique monthly users), via our social media networks (which has a following of over 1,000) and mentions in our email newsletters going out to over 700 subscribers. 

The sponsorship packages on offer for It’s a Date 2024 include:

Programme Shout Out - £15: Place a quote or message in the programme to support cast and band members and adult volunteers. This includes a souvenir programme.

Item Sponsorship - £25: Sponsor one of the many items in the show and get your name or business included in the running order in the programme. This also includes a section on the Southend Gang Show website, mentions on our social media channels and email newsletter. This package also includes a souvenir programme and one ticket to the show.

Advert in the Programme (Quarter page - £50, Half page - £75 and Full page - £100): Take a quarter, half or full page advert in the programme to promote your business to a wide audience at It’s a Date 2024. Also benefit from a section on the Southend Gang Show website, mentions on our social media channels and email newsletter. This package also includes a souvenir programme and two tickets to the show.
